teacher wanting to film lessons?

apparently there have been complaints about teacher, teacher has filmed a few lessons. parents were not informed. is that ok?

Why? Everybody is being CCTV filmed every day without their consent

I think the point is that it was on her own phone , mrz. This is against school Policy in most schools. Perhaps you should check your school policy on filming children.

There is a difference between filming for possible criminal offences and filming children in a school. The rules are that in a school, parents must give consent because criminality has nothing to do with the filming! Parents must be told why filming is taking place and there are rules about devices and storage of images. It worries me that you cannot see the difference, angel!
