How much is acceptable to charge a bouncy castle stall or ice cream man for his outdoor pitch in the school grounds?

Charge them nothing and ask for a share of the profits?

Or maybe £50-£200 depending on size of school ect. We are charging £50 for small businesses (craft makers etc) and doing our own bouncy castle and ice cream but keeping all proceeds

We charge a percentage of the ice cream vans profits. But we know him (he has family who work at the school). We do our own bouncy castle.

We hire the castles and run them ourselves; ice creams are normally on a % of profit which last year was about £60-£70 I think?

Downside of hiring castles is having enough volunteers to run them!

Thx! We thought about % but how do you trust them to give you the correct amount isn't it a bit awkward? We want to hire them due to health and safety and we have no facilities to store ice cream

We charge proper businesses £80 for a stand but busy fair in fairly central London. We manage to get a bouncy castle for free and then charge £2 per timed session. We do ice creams ourselves and charge £1 each
