Gateway School - Great missenden Experinces Please

Hi,

We have moved to amersham and finding primary school place in state school seems to be very difficult and i am looking at private schools.

Can you please post your experiences with gateway school in great missenden.

How is the school and settling children coming from state school is easy or not?

Another gateway mum here. It's been a great school for us. Really can't fault the teachers, how they are with the kids and parents - we find it incredibly nuturing. It's a lovely non stuffy and reasonable priced private school. We came from state and we settled from day one. It's worth noting that they can be dropped at 8am and left till 6pm from y3 at no extra cost - it's incuded in the fees. Or you can pay extra to include it for younger children. That might help if you gain a decent state space for one child but not the other.
