Hi I'm currently in my final year at university doing my dissertation on Change4Life and their impact on the UK's attitude, perceptions and behaviour towards healthy eating and obesity. It would be very much appreciated if you could take a minute to fill in my questionnaire to help with my dissertation.

Here's the link for the Questionaire :

Thank you in advance :)

Change4life is a pile of unevidenced, food-industry sponsored shite.

And is rubbish at differentiating what is 'healthy' for adults from what is 'healthy' for kids.

I am really into healthy eating and I have to say that a lot of the advice is a bit rubbish and out of step with recent research. The main message should be to cut out processed food, etc. - rather than all this emphasis on low-fat diet versions of food.

Who in their right mind would suggest that children should have diet soft drinks!!???

useless and worthless. I participated fully with an open mind, but it was a total waste of time. For example, I once filled in a change for life survey, explaining that DS10 was physically disabled, and unable to exercise, due to poor eyesight, poor coordination and balance, but was overweight and I would like suggestions about how to help him into sport. The incisive and knowledgeable answer I received some weeks latter was "your DS is over weight and needs more exercise"
