Non-washable glue

Hi. First of all, I had absolutely no idea in what topic to put this in as I couldn't find any that matched the question type! Anyway, here it goes. My DS school requests that he needs non-washable glue (i.e. glue that does not come off in the wash/washing machine or when water is on it) for art and crafts and what not. So, I was just wondering, if any of you knew what type to get and where I could get it from as I have struggled to find some on the internet (what a life I have ;). Thank you

Thanks

Are you quite sure they REALLY said non-washable?

That would have to be some type of professional adhesive, often with two tubes you mix together a bit from each, and it makes a waterproof bond.

Schools always use either Pritt stick (or cheaper, less effective educational version); or white PVA glue, which is washable off clothing (though maybe not 100%).

What are they making in arts and crafts, that needs to be waterproof?

This might do:

My DC have pritt-stick type glue in their pencil cases as a matter of routine. I've never been asked to supply any other. But PVA is the main other type for crafts etc.

I'm having evil thoughts now about how you should send in superglue. Definitely not washable!
