just that really. We've had a lovely long period of a year+ but I can see a crisis coming (in year 4) and DS2 is too innocent/gormless to see it.

It's got better before so I know it will again at some point but don't you just wish they would form friends in reception, keep them and never get rejected ever?

I'm dreading all this shizzle. My dd is Y3. She has a lovely group of friends, but there's already rumblings of trouble to come. I wish I could sort it all for her, even though I know she has to do it for herself.

Year 4 was tricky for the boys in ds1's class. Don't know if it was a testosterone thing, but they all got very silly. Lots of groups breaking up and reforming.

School kept on top of it, and it seemed to blow over.

I think we have to see it as an opportunity to teach life skills to deal with relationships. Much much easier said than done. Sad
