Anything like Maths Whizz for English?

I have registered dd1 for Maths Whizz and she is loving it. She has always preferred computer learning and came out of school really happy yesterday because they did something in class which she had done on Maths Whizz and she could do it easily.

I think that the things she likes about it are the rewards and the confidence she gains from it. I like the fact that it determines the learning programme because I am lazy! Although on one topic she was marked much lower because she didn't understand the question so has found that a little frustrating.

I was wondering whether there is anything similar for ks2/3 English. I imagine it is harder to do well, in particular for creative writing however wondered if there was anything for compression, grammar etc. She is yr 5 and the 11+ is looming.

An observation I will make about all the Maths websites is that their format is very different to 11+. DD does very well on the Maths websites, but I which I had switched to Bond Papers sooner. We have worked hard at the Bond papers all summer, but getting used to the 11+ format has been hard. The websites seem to be more SATS style and the difference is massive.
Fortunately English has always been Bond style so that hasn't been so hard.

Thanks for the tip. We have been told not to start on papers and intensive 11+ work too soon in case she gets bored with them! I was thinking about starting after Christmas, but using the computer programs to build her confidence a bit. Still dithering over whether to go with a tutor or not!

Bond do 10 min test books I would recommend them to start with as they are broken into areas and help you identify weak spots.
