Is anyone else worried about staff turnovers at their children's schools. Loads of staff leaving at a school I know. It can't be good for the children. As parents shouldn't we all be asking questions about this? Here's a blog from new zealand talking about this at a uk school!saveourschoolsnz.wordpress.com/2014/06/18/18-teachers-resign-from-one-school/

Hi clam. I'm a mum of 3 - 2 at high school, 1 at primary. Seem to have lots of friends in education though - lecturer in higher, teachers and tas. All, though working in different situations, seem to be disillusioned. Worries me - for them and the children. Why?

First thread ever. Touted all over twitter to unions under the guide of teacher roar nonsense. Hmm

Hi Karl - was that to me? I don't understand :/ Erm.. I saw the original post on facebook and know that there are about 5 teachers leaving at school near me and made a connection. I don't really use twitter. Wanted to see if it's something other people are concerned about. Does it matter if this is my first thread, I thought it was an important topic?! I've often followed discussions on here. Not sure I'll be starting another one ...
