Please could someone level this writing for me

Hi there, sorry another thread about level of writing. I'd just be interested to know roughly what level this writing might be. The background to the story that my ds has written is that we were in the park and saw a squirrel sniffing in a bag that was hanging from the handle of a buggy and then the squirrel dived in the bag, pulled out a waffle and ran off to eat it! It was very funny to watch! We came home and ds spent ages putting a book together and wrote the following:

Based on the following document and depending on whether or not you helped at all rather than him working fully independently, and depending on how easy his writing is to read etc. then I'd say this is comfortably a 1b with a few elements of 1a (he's managed more punctuation and capital letters than not and has used 'and').

Of course I'm only a mum with access to the Internet, so what do I know

Do you know if his writing is this good in school too? If so then I'd hope he'd be on track to get an exceeding expectations in the writing element of his EYFS (unless they insist on exceedings only being given to those achieving to at least NC level 2).

Yes from the south! Thanks for your responses. The work was all his own...he shut himself away in his bedroom and told us not to come in! I know he is doing well...it's not a boasting post, I just wanted some idea as to levels as I also have an older dd who is struggling with writing and yet being given grades that I don't think she is at so I am interested in what level this writing is. Thanks for your help.
