There r plenty of work books in M&S or the works or whsmiths. Perhaps getting a couple aimed at reception/yr one would be a bit of revision and help get her confidence up. As for the reading it may well be that the scheme is not suited to your dd. if its that dreadful ORT then I can understand her having very little interest in it. I would perhaps take her to the library to pick books of her choice. Ones she would happily look at the pictures and talk about even if she chooses not to read it to start with.

I would definately book her in for a eye test though. Can't hurt to check. How's her written work? Is there any sign of a problem such as dyslexia or anything?

I do work books with her at ks1 level she needs a lot of help but enjoys them.... She enjoys reading her biff chip kipper books but at a low level, her writing is poor too and gets d and b mixed up all the time and often. Writes numbers the wrong way round

Are school helping in any way? Do they set aside anytime to work with her. The things you describe do sound normal given she's only just turned six but it does sound like she could use some additional help at school :(

My son was a very reluctant reader, so when he started year 2, instead of trying to persuade him to sit and read, we would act the books out, we'd get dressed up and do silly voices, it meant he probably didn't read the entire book, but it built his confidence and gave him an idea of story structure, he's in year three now and will sit down to read with me, I try to heap the praise on too, in the hope that his confidence will continue to grow.
