Mrz I need your help!!! Need to strengthen muscles in DD's hands.

My DD (4) had an OT assessment today as she is hyper mobile although she has not been seen since 2010.

Basically they have said that her hand muscles are very weak, which is why her pencil grip is so poor

I do remember a thread a while ago where you gave some ideas on how to strengthen muscles in the hand & for finger strength. I just cannot find the thread

Just wondering if you could give me some ideas???

I want to ask the Physio about the best shoes for her to wear. ATM she is wearing clarks ankle boot type things which are done up with a velcro strap. I also need to talk to the school as when she starts in sept, if she has to wear "normal" shoes, she will be falling over all over the place

She seems ok with doing all her exercises so far, but how long this will last who knows!!!
