Help Please!

I have the admission authority's case. It says they are at full capacity for the year I applied for, it also shows they have one child over their PAN in the year above, all other years are running below capacity. Does it help to mention they can run over the PAN or not? They've included info that the year we've applied for already has 15 children on school action/plus, as is my daughter, does this weaken my case?

Just to up-date, I now have the decision from the school adjudicators office & I'm afraid they agreed with the LA. Apparently it is acceptable to use both codes together and we don't have a right to apply for any school at any time, so yes it is a lottery getting a school place and no, we haven't been disadvanted by this policy. Really diappointed with this ruling.

Really sorry and surprised to hear this Najeba, I followed your story from the start and was convinced that you would get a place following the intervention of the schools adjudicator. What are your plans now?

Thank you for your kind words, I'm at a loss to understand the schools adjudicator's decision I guess it's another 6 weeks of racing between schools & than try to apply for a place in September (ever the optimist)

Nabeja,I am following your case and amount of effort as we are going through bigg mess with secondart school. We have appealed but failed, forwarded our case to LGO which does not look at fault and looking at Schools Adjudicator to look at Admission Policy.

I am wondering how did you write a letter to School Adjudicator?
Any idea would help. Do you know is there a time limit to submit complaint to Adjudicator?
