Wriggly 6yo. How can I help teach him to sit still?

Chat with teacher today. He's fine, progressing. Not exactly top of the class, (or even middle), but he is progressing. Her issue is that he is still very wriggly and finds it hard to sit still. In her words it is "annoying", but he's not doing it on purpose, she knows. He is not being disruptive. He's had this issue since Nursery. I did mention Dyspraxia but she said he would get his letters more mixed up, and that seems to be just normal at mo (d and b).

Anyway, so I really want to help him with this as it does lead to telling off, which can really get to him (he's super sensitive). He does need to be told not to wriggle, but I'm sure it would help his self confidence if he didn't need to be told off about it all the time.

I put some of the Equazen (sp?) omega oil on his weetabix every day and give him the calcium/magnesium/vitd liquid every day as he is allergic to milk.

DSs birth was forceps too, long labour, he was well over 10lb, I needed counselling after as I had a PPH and kept thinking we should both have died (sorry for being too graphic!) as it was just awful. He didn't feed very well at first but tbh he has hit all of his milestones early crawled well, walked at 10 months, words all normal. He had very babyish speech for a long time, only I could understand him aged about 2.5 but I didn't feel this was a problem as he was expressing himself well to me (and DH). Sadly noone else understood it for a while but after being at nursery he progressed well.

DS2 was even bigger at birth but labour was easier because I refused all drugs except gas and air. He has no allergies, is much more "chilled" and I recognise what you say in another post, he seems more advanced but less bright than DS1. Less cerebral I suppose, DS1 asks really bonkers questions (does my blood taste different to a mosquito than X child's blood? is an example but that was 2 ish years ago!) but he thinks in a more intelligent way iyswim?

All this is spooking me. Might give Tinsley House a call. Thank goodness for this forum and big thanks to everyone!
