Does anyone have any experience of this system?? My DD2 is supposedly a year behind in reading (which has just been properly identified as we have moved school). The website seems very good and she had a go on the trial lesson, however, I found the price list and it costs £770 for a year!! I wasn't expecting that - although it has lots of great testimonials from teachers and parents alike and has a full refund policy if you're not happy.

I know this Is an old thread originally but I wanted to add that we used Easy Read with DS in desperation when he was in year 2 as he really wasn't making any progress in reading and it definitely helped. He spent the summer before year 3 doing it daily and his teacher in year 3 was delighted with his progress over the summer. He continued with it and we were delighted with the results .

This was a long time ago-. he is 16 now but I wanted to just add to the people who have found it helpful. I still remember the relief as it became clear how much I easier DS found this system than phonics which he always struggled with.
