I guess most feedback on this may be quite subjective...
One of most deciding factors might be how far you live from all three schools: all three of them are over-subscribed, so where you live might determine - realistically - which one you get into, rather than that idea of 'choice' the politicians give us! I contacted Lewisham when applying for DC1 a couple years ago, and they were very helpful. Measured distance from my postcode to school, told me how many metres away furthest applicant was, from year before. Obviously changes every year, but it can give you an idea.
Definitely visit the schools. You can email them and ask when their next open days are.
While it does not cover everything (don't flame me MN-ers), you might have a look at each of the school's Ofsted reports. (Both Fairlawn and EB received Outstanding in last reports - and irrespective of what that actually means, EB's catchment area has halved in 2 years.)
Both my DCs are at Eliot Bank - I loved Horniman as one-form entry and I liked the 'vibe' (very scientific way of choosing school, like buying house)...but knew we were too far away, so put Eliot Bank down, and lucky to get in there as we're on outer edge of all primary catchments. DC1 has blossomed there, DC2 about to start, and I think quite different to Horniman- you need to visit the schools and see which is a good match for you and your DCs. Good friend has children at Fairlawn and she is very very happy too...
You're lucky if you're in a position to choose )
