Kids boxing (muay thai) gloves?

DS has got really into muay thai and his coach recommended sandee gloves. I don't know much about the brand myself but apparently they're decent quality. I ended up ordering a pair from fighter's superstore as they had the size in stock (he wanted a specific colour). Not the cheapest, starting to realise this is quite a pricey hobby, but DS is taking it seriously so I figured it was worth getting him proper kit.
Anyone else’s DS train? How long do the gloves last yours?

My ds trains. He’s done Muay Thai for 5 years. He had had his gloves for about 4 and half years. Eventually the padding starts to go and it obviously depends how much use they get. You don’t day how old he is? How hard he punches will affect them too.
It’s a great sport to be involved in and really good for fitness too.

He’s 12. Yes, it really gives him a good workout, and it keeps him busy which is a bonus. He’s really taken to it.
Good to hear they last that long, I was wondering what to expect. Sounds like they’re a decent investment then!
