Clash of Clans - can I get my money back?

My DS (12) plays on Clash of Clans all the time. Occasionally, he will ask to spend some of his own money on piles of gems and that's fine. I've just had a bill from iTunes for over £100 for gems. Anyone had any luck trying to get anything back from Supercell who run the game. I know it's a long shot if he's bought them (not been able to speak to him yet) but it's £100!!

Why does he have a connection to a bank card?

He's 12, he bought them, why should the company give the money back?

It's not like he's 5 and doesn't understand. He KNOWS he's spending money.I suppose you could treat him like a 5yr old and password protect everything etc.

I'm afraid you are a fool for letting him run an itunes account on your card.

You both need to learn from this. Take you card off the account and then he can only spend itunes vouchers, however if he were my DS there would be no birthday/Xmas/pcket money till that £100 was paid back.

Well, you won't get your money back and you shouldn't give your son access to your money.

However, i do think that those games are designed to be money grabbing from unsuspecting people. I play some of them myself and what happens that if you accidentally click on purchases, you cannot cancel or undo. It doesn't even ask you to confirm a purchase.

Me and my DS have been playing Clash of Clans for years and are both max lvl 11 TH, I have clicked on a chest of gems by accident plenty of times.....You are asked for password confirmation so he knew what he was doing. He needs to pay you back...
