Cost per session

I've found a lovely pre-school for DS, who is 2.2. It is has had an outstanding Ofsted (does this matter or not at this level?) and has a lovely feel.

Each session costs £12, and lasts 3 hours. I've no idea how this compares, as I've only looked at one other pre-school which costs £7, but is run by the church so I'd imagine less overheads.

Would you mind letting me know how much you pay per session? Not that it matters, I guess if we're happy to pay it but for some reason I want to know. I think for value for money reasons or something.

Ours is £9 for 3.5hrs for non-funded children and £2 for the last hour for funded children.
Even then parents complain we are expensive! But other pre-schools are over £10-12, they soon come back when they look into it further.

£7 for 2 1/2 hours - Berkshire, Pre-school.

He is going to another soon that is a nursery but only offers the 2 1/2 hour sessions, no idea on cost as they said it is funded... ?

I wish the sessions were longer - I barely get home before I have to walk back again!
