I have only ever been interviewed and that was over six years ago now. I am away this weekend and so need to do my homework today and tomorrow.
What would you want to know?
What are some good interview questions (apart from what is your biggest weakness )
Please help. TIA.

why do you want to work in a pre-school?
how do you feel you could make good use of other staffs skills?
what do you feel about new eyfs framework and are you familiar with any of it?
how do you feel unwanted behaviour should be dealt with?
how would you encourage a nervous/reluctant child to join in activities?
what individual qualities could you bring to the pre-school?
hope these help!!

Also how long since he/she did first aid training (should be renewed evey three years) and what child protection training?

What does he/she know about supporting children with SEN and how to help them/ help their parents get help and support. HTH

No idea about this type of job but just one tip, ask behavourial questions rather than hypothetical ones.

So don't ask 'what would you do if xxx', instead ask for an example of when she has done/dealt with xxx before, what did she do, did it work, what did she learn/would she do differently.

This is great! Thank you very very much for taking the time to help.
I was feeling really in at the deep end.
I know I can do it but my confidence in the jobs/interviewing field is not what it could be having been a SAHM for five years.
Fabulous pointers and questions. Thank you ladies .
