Gifts for staff when DC leave nursery

My DD is due to finish nursery this September just before starting reception. She’s been there since I returned to work, I love the nursery and think the staff are great. She’s had numerous key workers over the different rooms she’s been in so how do i approach gifts for the staff. I definitely want to get something for some of the staff I’ve felt were particularly good but I only see snapshots at drop off and pick up, what if I miss someone? I also don’t know what to get either. So any suggestions on how to approach would be appreciated in terms of who to buy for and what.

Same question... I think I will do the staff of the room she is in currently (3 people). I've always done Xmas gifts and gifts as she has transitioned rooms so don't think I need to do the earlier rooms again. But I'm not sure what to do for reception, admin and management staff... we've typically gone for nice chocolates and Prosecco or vouchers... and have always checked before giving alcohol that they drink... x

I got atray of biscuits, tea bags, got chocolate and those coffee sachets that make capoacino etc so that all of the staff could share. I also purchased ddvs favourite book to add to their book corner with a note in the front

The book idea is lovely and actually so is some posh coffee and hot chocolate as a present to the nursery overall.

Nursery staff tend to have terrible hands. We wash hands eleventy billion times per day and end up dry and cracked, so posh hand cream is always welcome.
