Help - Son needs to dress up as book character - any ideas!

It has just been sprung on me that all the dc at ds's nursery have got to dress up as a character from a book on Friday!!! Anyone got any ideas???

Send him in as Bob if you already have a costume - don't reinvent the wheel. It's different when they are older and can help make it and have their own ideas - but frankly I just send ds in in his batman pyjamas for all these things as he is 3 years old.
