Try not to worry. You still have many months so cross that bridge when you come to it.

Children can not be declined a place because of their individual needs. It is up to the nursery to demonstrate under the EYFS how they would accomodate your DD.
Is she going to receive support at nursery? If so, then it will be up to the SSA to assist her in this area. Do you have portage? They can help with trying to potty train. Just because she has learning difficulties and no speech doesn't necessarily mean that she is not ready for potty training.
What have the nursery said?

thanks.the nursery says she will get support but they are not sure abt the potty training.
purepurple:i do not have portage, how do i get one?

Here is the portage website www.portage.org.uk/
You could also try talking to your health visitor about what other support is available
There is also homestart that visits your home www.home-start.org.uk/needsupport/need_support
Also PIPS (Play Inclusion Project) who support children in nurseries

I didn't mean that you didn't need to worry, but to a 3 yr old 5months is a terrible long time and it may suddenly come-especially when you can be outside with few clothes-or even none.

A good school will accommodate your dd, provide them with the necessary equipment etc and it shouldn't be an issue... you could be worrying about nothing though, she may have managed it by then.
