Camden/Swiss Cottage nurseries

We are moving to Swiss Cottage this summer - partly because we thought it would be more child friendly than Westminster, where we are now.

DS is currently in lovely nursery, one of several full-time, closed for just 1 week a year, options we have within walking distance. I work almost full time.

However, almost all the nurseries near Swiss Cottage I can find on Google or Directgov are termtime only, and many just open in the mornings, or are from 3 upwards. Why would this be? Can anyone recommend a full-time local nursery for a 2 year old? Any advice/tips gratefully received!

Hampstead Hill. All three of mine went, loved it and got into the schools we wanted at 4+, 8+ and 7+. It is a real family with very cool, un-suburban parents. Loads of working mums, very diverse. My kids still visit to tell the Head what they are up to.
The atmosphere is really buzzy and loud. They do not turn out wallflowers. Manners are very important but teachers are addressed by their first names.
Don't go if your kid is spoiled. Or if you judge people by their handbags. Or if you are afraid of 'pushy'- meaning short sessions of structured pencil work and tracing shapes and listening to a story and participating. My first child started at 2 and was speaking in full sentences and potty trained by the end of the first term. They do potty training for you. Loads of outdoor play. Music taught by west end actors. Teachers who stay for decades. He is 14 now and his best mates are the ones he made when he was 2 at HHS.
It is a really special place.
