When you wake up in the morning and find a whole thread you had posted and forgotten about. 
Breakfast:
Several sorts of cereal
Soya milk for DD
Dried milk powder.
Dried fruit, sultanas, raisins, apricots
Seeds, pumpkin, sunflower etc
Pasta, spaghetti ( wholemeal)
Cous cous
Brown rice
Crackers of various sorts.
Noodles
Pearl barley
Quinoa
Tinned potatoes
Bread flour
Yeast
Self-raising and plain flour
Wraps,
Part baked bread
Oil
Pizza bases.
Potatoes in fridge
Tinned carrots, peas, sweetcorn, mushroom.
Tinned tomatoes, Passata tomato puree
Tinned beans, baked, black, black eye,kidney,butter, canellini, chickpeas
Dried beans and chickpeas
Dried peas
Dried lentils
Tinned tomato soup ( portion of veg)
Tinned fruit.
Dried fruit as above
Tinned fish, tinned chicken and pies.
There are lots of tinned meats out there to try.
Cheese in fridge,
Chicken, fish fingers in freezer.
Beans and pulses as above
Anchovies, olives, spices, herbs. Stir in sauces and cooking sauces.
Snacks: crisps, biscuits, sweets, chocolate tortilla chips. Cereal bars.
Quick heat: packs of cous cous, add water noodles and cup shots, cous cous. Soups, cupasoups.
Fridge: potatoes, onions butternut squash are long lasting.
Cheese, spreads, butter. Eggs.
