Just wondering really, I have epilepsy and DS has asthma. Plus DH and I have epi pens. I was just reading the thread in AIBU about putting extra food away, and someone mentioned meds. I can probably get an extra repeat prescription before March, but wasn't sure if I was being over cautious? Is there anywhere to find out if there might be problems?

All I can suggest is try to request a little earlier. You should discuss your concerns with your gp and ask to see a copy of what advice they give you. Just to make sure they record properly that you asked.
I have MS. Luckily, I don't yet need extra meds. I assume that day will come.

I believe there are already some issues with epi pens and so if you can get a repeat then it might be a good idea.

I was thinking the same . I'm asthmatic so will be making sure to get an extra repeat of both my inhalers / montelukast tablets a little early if possible - my basic logic being to make sure I have a month leeway, no risk of running out hopefully.

My meds aren't life saving so I'm grateful for that but without them I'd be in a lot of pain and I'm worried about the supply.
I have slowly created a month extra supply because I get 30 tablets every 28 days and have reduced one medication from four tablets to three, it has increased my pain level but having to go cold turkey would be much worse.
