My baby girl was born at 34 weeks, not magourly early.

She is now 16 months old next week and still not walking.

Just wondering when anyone else's little
Bundles started walk?

I'm dreading them, I always say he is his due date age because I can't be bothered to explain why he is so small/ no teeth/ isn't crawling / sitting erc etc .... Obv he is doing a lot of those now but it's been ongoing since he was born . If I'm feeling grumpy or someone is a bit snotty I say he was prem and VERY poorly . It shuts them up but I really wish I didn't have to . Sad

I think you've had enough to put your mind at ease now but just to add that my 36week DS didn't walk until 20 months. He only bum shuffled at 18 months - never crawled. I never was too worried but the comments from other people about the non walking Shock. The bum shuffling also caused great hilarity in public.

We did get referred to a pediatrician at 9 months though, as he couldn't sit unsupported at his HV check, and had regular checks until recently (3 years now).

My DS was a bum shuffler too! He got very fast and wore the arse out of a lot of trousers. He is under a physio but really they only monitor him, he gets there by himself albeit in his own time. People are stupid to make comments, they have no idea how hard our little ones had to fight so early in their lives.
