I'm 8/40 with DC4. Not planning on telling at work yet obviously. However, I seem to have a bump, rather a big one considering it must be the size of a pea. It's so noticeable that the secretary actually asked me if I was pg, and my colleague admitted he had noticed it after I told him for another, unrealted reason. I look about 4-5 months pregnant, judging from previous pregnancies.

I'm bothered because I really don't want to out myself at this point; have had mmc before and know we are far from out of the woods yet. But have seen my boss looking very thoughtfully at my belly and obv other people have noticed it. What do I do?

I suppose it depends on whether or not you are comfortable with effectively lying??

Maybe you could just be up front, if anyone does actually ask you; say how sensitive you feel about it?

I know how it is re; MMC and MC; it's a tough one when your belly swells but you aren't at a point where you feel ok to tell people. Personally, I would try to ignore the looks; often people don't come out and ask.

Good luck and gooooood vibes for your number four.

Hi there, I am new to this site - its my first post! I can't believe anyone would be so rude as to ask you outright. If you are not comfortable telling them, then just lie or wear clothes that hide it better. I am also 8/40 with my first, came home from work today and my hubby said I looked bigger - what than this morning ;-)

mmm tricky.
is your direct boss someone you could tell with the caveat that it is very early days and that it is to go no further?

i am not an advocate of trusting people in the work place so i fully understand if you are against this idea.

how about investing in some flattering new clothes that might help disguise the bump for a while longer?

i would wear flattering clothes and say nothing!
