I am having my 21 wk scan next week and both me and DP can't wait to see if everything is OK and the sex of the baby!!!

Its our first baby and we fly off to Vegas the week after and am intending on buying lots of pink/blue stuff whilst on holiday.

Do you know what you are having??????

Did you want to find out but couldn't?

Congrats on the baby and the wedding - I am quite jealous, would love to get married in Vegas - maybe even one of those ones down in the Grand Canyon - please let us know how it goes and maybe a piccy?!

When I had ds 11 yrs ago they didn't tell you, with ds I didn't want to know. With dd I asked to be forewarned for all the ' oh another boy - you must be disappointed...' ACTUALLY NO, NOT AT ALL - HOW RUDE! Altho we didn't tell anyone before she was born. I wouldn't have minded at all if she had been another boy.

This time I would like to know (next week, whoo hoo), I think dp would like to personalise baby and so would the other kids. Also logistically, planning bedrooms etc - all unisex intentions are well gone by the time they are about 3 I find! I have absolutely no preference at all, I would have been happy with 4 boys or 4 girls, they are all so different and I love them all. If I buy any clothes they can stay in the packets!

I knew instinctively with all three of my pgs. I found out with the first but only because my sister asked so many times they told her it was a boy despite me not wanting to know!! My 2nd pg, they wouldn't tell you at that hospital, and my 3rd, I didn't want to know as I had one of each already and truly wasn't bothered, though I knew he was a boy anyway.

Didn't find out with DS, won't find out with this one - but fully appreciate the reasons some people choose to find out! I just like surprises - I'd save Christmas presents till New Year if people didn't think that was weird

Bubbles I am getting married in the new Romano chapel in Caesars palace. My wedding co ordinator has just found out that I am pregnant and has immediately upgrades our rooms as we will need more space . THere are 16 of us going out for the wedding with a huge party for everyone when we get back. We have been to Vegas four years ago and decided it would be the least hassle place to get married so gave everyone a couple of years to save before going baack.

I am like a child I am so excited even the thought of two weeks with my MIL is not putting me off.

I just want a scan to tell me baby is healthy to make my year!

wow, that sounds absolutely amazing, i was so jealous of you, but now i'm just made up for you LOL, we saw a wedding at caesars palace and it was beautiful. i don't get it when people say that vegas weddings are tacky, my dad was horrified until i showed him pics of where i want my photos taken. i think he thought we were gonna go to a drive through with elvis marrying us, LOL not that theres anything wrong with that, it sounds just as nice as i hate too much fuss. i'm sure you'll be told your baby is fine and i'm sure it will make your year the most perfect one that it could possibly be. good luck for the future xxx

I'm 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow and we don't know if this is DS2 or DD. We did ask at the 20 week scan, but baby crossed its legs so we didn't find out.

I'm glad we did ask, but glad we didn't find out.
