How are you coping in this heat?

34weeks now, i am hot, fat and fed up!

My feet are puffy, my hands are puffy, and i can't sit around in my pants because we are having our bathroom done.

Not to mention the desperately trying to sleep at night.

How are you other pregnant ladies coping?

I'm coping OK - I can't move fast enough to work up a sweat (36+1).

I did follow advice on this thread and went to the cinema last nigh with DH to see the new Shrek film and take advantage of the aircon. We were the only people there! Private screening just for us...

equally miserable! 32 weeks. Someone suggested a water spray to take to bed to spray yourself with which does work an absolute treat BUT does wake you up a bit!
Am praying for rain soon

36+4 - Not so much in to the old clothes right now unless I leave the house. Hot & bloody fed up with it - can't bear the thought of this baby being late and being stuck like this another 5 weeks!

To the lucky lady living on the East coast of Scotland. and once again . I was asking my mum at the weekend how she coped and she said "well dear, living in Aberdeenshire I didn't really have that problem... "

I got some batteries for my spray water fan and it is fab. Helped cool me down in the middle of the night.

My rings have had to come off now though

Oh I feel so so sorry for those of you who are heavily pregnant!

I'm only 5+4 weeks but I want to rip my own skin off and shave my head! I have zero energy, even the doing the washing up gives me a funny turn.

I have a fan blowing at full blast in front of me. It's not even that hot here today either! DP keeps complaining that it's too cold with the fan on!
