I am having a really bad day....

I am only 19 weeks but already don't fit into any of my normal trousers. My boobs have got much bigger and my waist has all but disappeared. And my stomach has lost any definition it had. I used to be so fit and watched what I ate. Now I feel like a big fat cow. I haven't put an enormous amount of weight but none of my clothes fit the same and I just feel yuk. Plus I am still feeling nauseaus in the afternoons after I have eaten lunch and am sitting at my desk.

I know I shouldn't worry about my body changing because I am pregnant but it doesn't make me feel much better. I just feel horrible in my own body.

Can anyone relate or does everyone else just go with the flow and not worry about it?

Would love some advice!

I know someone with 6 children - you must have so much laundry - she had 20 loads from her recent holiday!

Tons, tons of laundry (i always have the airer up under the back porch to try and minimize tumble dryer use).I also find myself doing lots of cooking too in giant quantities, some days i can hardly lift my casserole dish out of the oven it's so heavy Shock

It's a lot of fun but a lot of work too but i wouldn't change it Smile

I am 23 weeks and hate the way I look. I was fat before I started (size 14-16) and because of horrendous nausea (still feeling sicky now) I have been eating utter crap. By my 12 week scan I had put on half a stone, I dread to think what I weigh now.

Other people don't seem to think that I look like I've put on too much weight, but with how I'm eating I'm sure I have (not eating too much, just the wrong stuff).

I have an issue with my weight anyway though, so I know I am going to detest myself after I give birth. I cried when I looked at myself after having my daughter as I couldn't believe how awful I looked. Dreading my post birth body already.

rocklover, I think we have probably all cried after looking at our post-birth body. Even the words send a shiver down my spine. Did you lose the weight you gained with your daughter by the time you got pg again?

I don't think half a stone by the 12 week scan is an excessive amount tbh. I think I was sort of similar. I have now put on 2 1/2 stone. Can you try and keep active? I have kept up the exercise throughout which I think has stopped me ballooning completely. Last time I put on loads of weight when I stopped bfing - this took me a long time to get rid of.

I did lose the weight after dd, but it took a few years, so slow and steady. I am not very active at the moment, simply because I am so exhausted (low iron) and nauseous alot. So I am not sure how I can do any decent sort of exercise.
