That's it really. Been sneezing all day today, really sniffly and runny-nosed.

Please say there's something!

I suffer from perennial rhinitis (all year round allergy) and was told to discontinue my daily medication. I suffered so bad for the 1st 4 months. It was horrendous, my nose was so red and sore, i couldn't smell or taste anything and i can't tell you how many hours i spent with tissue up both nostrils to tame the flow!!!! and then i read about a salt water wash on the internet. Bought a little syringe from tesco pharmacy and squirted it up each nostril for a while.

That was weeks ago and i have not suffered once. I am absolutely amazed. I have suffered since childhood with this problem and i am now 35!!!! I will not be continuing with the medication when i finish being pregnant.....hopefully.
