How much lifting/moving is to much??

Last night I emptied the dishwasher and carried quite a few plates / pans etc at once which were probably a tad too heavy at the time as I struggled to bend down and get them in the cupboard. Shortly afterwards I felt pain down below, and across my tummy as well as in the tops of my legs. When I went to sleep I also felt very sick...
Have I damaged myself??

Im really worried now as I know you are not supposed to lift/carry/move too much but I feel lazy if I dont do things around the house if I feel im capable enough, now im worried its too late

If you have, you will only probably have pulled a few ligaments. Does it still hurt? If not, I wouldn't worry.

Just carry less next time - I get 2 plates out of the dishwasher at once...takes a bit longer but it still gets done.

It doesnt hurt as much no, just an odd twinge getting up and down today...

And yes, i'll just carry alot less next time! Thanks japhrimel

I moved all the furniture around in our house when I was 6mo pg and walked for miles up until 9mo. You're not ill, you're pg. I'm not going to stop picking my 14mo DD up now I'm pg again!

the reason behind the lifting is that your muscles and ligaments losen in pregnancy so you are more at risk of damaging your back etc. There (according to my midwife) is no danger to the baby just carry what you are comfortable with. I still lugged hay bales around at 8 months last time
