How did you feel in the last couple of days before labour?

I'm curious to know if any of you had any warning that labour was coming?
I'm not due for a few weeks but baby's been giving us reason to think she may come early for a few weeks now.
I had a show last Saturday, and for the last couple of days I've not needed much sleep. Yesterday I got up with more energy than I've had in months and started tidying up manically! I also felt the need to have a really good scrub down and wash my hair, trim my nails, make sure my bag was sorted out for hospital etc.
I felt nauseous yesterday evening and had a lot of pressure on my bladder and bowel throughout the day.
Things have settled today but I've been tired and tearful all day.
Does any of this mean anything??

Hi everyone,

I am 39 weeks and 4 days along.
I am in huge discomfort, baby kicking my ribs, nose blocked up, acid relflux, breathing is a lot harder. The difficulty breathing is giving me anxiety. Period type cramps and lots of Braxton hicks contractions, especially after going to the loo. Back pain throughout the day but worse when I lie down. Falling asleep is very tricky as is staying asleep.

Everyday for the last 4days I have felt grumpy and tearful and had no motivation to do anything apart from eat.

I keep bursting into tears, I have been very emotional the last few days. I feel bad on my boyfriend but what can I do. He can't do much to help and I don't think he really understands why I am getting SO upset although he keeps reassuring me that it won't be long now!

Anyone else feeling like this ?

Yes I'm very tearful. I have anxiety too which doesn't help. I'm 37+5, in pain and fed up
