11 weeks and feel as sick as you, went to docs yesterday and got prescription for metoclopramide - not taken them yet though as trying to hold out for the 12 week point. A lot of people say the travel sickness bands help, they didn't for me but worth a try if you haven't already. They are about £7 in boots and superdrug

low GI foods that will release sugar into your bloodstream more steadily...nothing like refined carbs and sugars for making you want to barf in early pregnancy. never ever go hungry, don't leave big gaps between eating. smell a lemon when you feel ill, really helps. i found it was eating very plain foods, i ate a lot of bread and cheese as my usual high veg diet make me retch at the thought.

eat little and often
carry dried fruit and nuts, or mints, or sugar-free boiled sweets. or even oatcakes.

I was horribly sick right up until last week, I'm just approaching the 3 month mark now. But there were days when the only thing I could keep down was a few squares of Green and Blacks dark chocolate! Not sure why but that and ice lollies seemed to have helped. Someone suggested lillipops which are specifically made for ladies with morning sickness.
I feel your pain, I had bad morning sickness with DS1 also which lasted to 18 weeks then came back at 26wks. So I'm fully expecting a reappearance a few mnths down the line! Take care

Feeling sick is the worst!!!!!!! February was a write-off for me, and ginger didn't help me either so sending lots of sickness sympathy. I found B6 really helped me. Pregnacare vitamins have B6 in it at 10mg so I presume that is a safe amount during pregnancy tho' in America they prescribe more during pregnancy for sickness but not over here.

Hope this helps......

I went with the eating a lot and often diet and as a result look 5 months at only 13 weeks. I can't recommend it for the waistline but it worked for me!

My doctor told me to go to Boots and get just their own brand Ginger tablets. They definantley took a little bit of the edge off - and i too used Travel sickness bands.

Obviously, if you are really really struggling - go to your gp.
Good luck

I got travel sickness bands on ds4. All they did was alert my work colleagues to the fact that I was pregnant!

Scottish oatcakes and cracottes helped me somewhat but the result is that although ds4 is almost 2 I can't look at an oatcake without feeling queasy!

Never tried the lillipops, but I have heard they are good.
