Hello. Was wondering if anyone else out there has experienced this type of rare ectopic. At the end of jan, i had an early scan ( due to spotting) and was diagnosed with a viable 7 week pregnancy, implanted right into my C-section scar tissue. Although the baby was growing well and had a heart beat, we were told that it would have to be terminated as it was stretching the scar tissue paper thin and it was going to rupture. The baby was not going to survive, no matter what we did and the consequences of doing nothing, would have been catastrophic for me. we were devastated. I had an injection of Methotrexate, followed by a D&C.

I would love to try again, but am really nervous, in case this happens a second time. Would love to hear from anyone who has been through a similiar Ectopic, as there is so little info out there,

How did it go for you in the end? Was it a easy diagnose?
