Leg cramps while PG, did anyone ever get these?

OMG i woke this morning in agony of a leg cramp.. I have heard a few people saying they had them, did you??

Glad to find this thread as I've just started getting these. Also, that restless feeling in the legs. Will be following all this advice! Sympathies to those suffering.

Got them all the time - bloody agony. Second the recommendations for crisps and tonic water - they do seem to help.

I got these quite a lot too - very painful indeed! so at least you know you are not alone MINNIE 1 !!!!

I swore by a pint of tonic and lime every night - the nights I didn't have it - I got the cramp. Had to almost subconciously stretch with my feet flexed rather than pointed as this made the cramp occur(if this makes sense). If cramp occured pain in legs lasted for ages.

I'm normal in the sense everyone gets them, The pain is ouch X 100... Had another this morning but flexed the foot and wasnt to bad! it was like it was in the foot. Will give the tonic water a go. I am getting ready for the worse!!

Just started with these - will try all suggestions. Have had some crisps - on advice here I have trapped nerves as well in my legs - suppose this isn't helping.
