I'd have enough to populate China.

Maybe if I was feeling considerate I'd have two in short a short space, a break to enjoy them and then 2 again until my reproductive bits packed in

Kelly1978 · 07/07/2005 17:17

swiperfox - that's my rationalisation. i'd love another girl, as I have one girl and three boys. But then would have to have another to make even numbers!

Redhelen · 07/07/2005 17:26

I'd be very suprized it I have anymore - started having children too late and now in my late 30's. Ive got 2 and that's great. If I had a nanny and a surragate maybe I'd have 4!

AnotherHelen · 07/07/2005 17:34

Hee hee! take away the boundries and between us lot i think we could re-populate the whole of the uk!

i cant believe there is only me in the world who advocates not having children to her own children, friends & collegues.

i wish children on people i don't like. no really i do.

now custy it was only the other day you were saying that your kids have been the making of you....

i have to say having no kids at all would be rather nice sometimes, tho if i had to ahve kids, two would be my limit if i went back in time

Kidstrack2 · 07/07/2005 20:09

I would ideally have liked 3or4 but I'll stick with my 2 for now. Have real back problems that need sorted first before I think of having anymore.

Donbean · 07/07/2005 20:23

I would not be able to stop myself from having 100 if as you say money, space etc were not an issue.
I loved pregnancy, babyhood and now toddlerdom.
I would naturally have a nanny, cleaning lady, lady to do the ironing, etc etc etc.....

MistressMary · 07/07/2005 20:24

A few more if I had permanent help and a constant dose of pain relief in labour.

smellymelly · 07/07/2005 20:26

I would keep having more if my body didn't hurt so bloody much during the last 6 months of pregnancy.

Not sure when I would stop, although dh would have something to say about that!

I have had to start getting rid of all my baby clothes and it is horrible...

Lonelymum · 07/07/2005 20:28
  1. But to have 6, I would need to have a full-time nanny whose job it would be to get up to the children in the night, care for them when they are sick and help all the rest of the time. If I had that, I would endure two more pregnancies and labours!
