how soon did you know you were pregnant?

From conception, I mean.
Had unprotected sex last week at the right time of month. Just wonderig when symptoms might appear if I am pregnant. DS1 was a (happy) accident so have never tried to get pregnant before.

With DS1 within about a week I got greasy skin on my foreheadand my fingernails began to grow - neither of which I had ever had, though I did not ealise it was related to being (unknowily )pregnant.

So with DS2, I knew after 5 days when the same things happened. Magic!!

Suspected around the time my period was due with no.1, just because my favourite after work G&T and fag made me retch violently

Second time around I started to suspect a few days before my period was due as I felt funny - hot, starving all the time, a bit dizzy.

12 weeks - didn't have a clue

incandescent not especially keen on what you said about dreaming, I'm in the 2WW (TTC#1) and keep dreaming about twins !!! Although two would be nice in some ways...

I'm trying not to think about it all or I start imagining symptoms and then get all disappointed with a BFN.

Hey, i'm on CD26 of my cycle. my last cycle was 35 days, the one before that was 45 days! I came off the pill in July (was only on that one for 2 cycles) had 2 regulat 29day cycles... then the 45, and 35!

had a great xmas, and went skiing in france from boxing day- 2nd jan. had intercourse basically everyday, if not every other day since the end of my period up until now... had slightly achy/tingly boobs since 3 days ago, headache last night, and slight one this morning, and had slight nausea yesterday...

trying not to think much into it as i thought i was last month. and no idea when to expect AF or when/if i ovulated??

i had a crazy dream last week that i had 4 BFP's too! not that thats a symptom!!

no idea what to think..... is it possible?

Hi thought this might be useful information regarding expensive tests... I bought a whole stash of pregnancy tests (also ovulation ones) on ebay (can't remember what the company is called but they cost about 99p for 10!). They are the paper/plastic strip type rather than the posh looking ones but they really work. I did loads of tests, some just to see that magic line appear

DS was a happy accident too so I also have no idea about actually TTC.

It's fine, it was only a first, very poorly organised effort. Now I have a date for this period at least we can concentrate our efforts next month.

With second pregnancy, I knew about two weeks after conception. Went up a bra size, felt starving and got the metallic tatse in my mouth. Morning sickness started about a week later.

With first, didn't know until awful morning sickness at around 6-7 weeks.

With my first I was 7 weeks before I realised.
With my second I was 6 weeks.

Sorry to hear about BFN hersuit, i was like that the past two months, its so frustrating isnt it.

my boobs are so tingly lately, like a burning sensation. maybe fuller? maybe all in my head!! oh well our bodys are baffling!! x
