Prob shan't be able to check for replies either...just loads of blank pages.

TombliBOOOOOObs · 01/11/2009 09:29

Can't someone just go to MNHQ and switch it on and back off again

Morningpaper must have access

bubbles4 · 01/11/2009 09:30

Have just done a check,I can see everything when using Firefox but not when using Internet Explorer, off to check Chrome.

nevergoogledragonbutter · 01/11/2009 09:32

Kitchen done, laundry done, children clean and fed.

Now what??????

willitbe · 01/11/2009 09:32

I have found a solution to some threads.

You need to actually put the thread name into the address bar in internet explorer etc
eg
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/education
or
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception

etc, then you will get into the pages with the threads on

just need to remember all the names of the threads you go to..... anyone remember them all

however if you try to preview your message you will see blank again!!!!

QOD · 01/11/2009 09:32

I don't liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike it!

hellsbelles · 01/11/2009 09:33

how fecking annoying. Just settled myself down with a cup of tea for some Mning (DH gone to get the papers) and this is the only thread I can see! I tried firefox and safari. I"m using a Mac too.

Trikken · 01/11/2009 09:35

gaa, what is going on??? I just wanted to pop on to see if any halloween babies had been born.

Ewe · 01/11/2009 09:36

Broken for me too, can only get here and post-birth outfit thread. Hopefully MNHQ know what is going on and will be fixed pronto.

It's pissing down here so no hope of getting out today really.

How are you doing turtle?

JJ · 01/11/2009 09:37

My best guess is that it's the mpu script in the right column. Just take the thing out until it's fixed....

bubbles4 · 01/11/2009 09:37

See my Firefox is working thread

TheHAUNTEDHouseofMirth · 01/11/2009 09:37

If this is the only thread we can see, should we not try to make it more exciting? I have no suggestions for how to do that, by the way...

JJ · 01/11/2009 09:38

I have a feeling it's the organix ad, so anywhere it's not might work?

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 01/11/2009 09:39

I've started a singsong on the other thread.

Bubble - if we could see your thread then we wouldn't be in this mess

TrinityHasAVampireRhino · 01/11/2009 09:39

I dont like this

Ewe · 01/11/2009 09:40

I wanted to post about my neighbours door. We live in flats and I went out of the front door and immediately saw blood all over neighbours door with yellow crime scene tape all over it

Then I remembered it was Halloween yesterday and DP thinks they must have just had a party or something. I'm still a bit worried it's real as I couldn't hear a party and still don't really see why you would decorate front door - not as if they would do it to identify to people what flat it is etc as only us and them on this 'wing'.

Spooookkkyyyyyy.

EccentricaGallumbats · 01/11/2009 09:40

arse and buggeration.
will have to go to church instead of MNing.

that is very wrong isn't it.

JJ · 01/11/2009 09:40

My firefox isn't, bah. Are you Windows or Mac, bubbles?

I've had my second cup of coffee and now officially giving up. But what a pain on a rainy day.

bigTillyMint · 01/11/2009 09:40

I can't see the other threads - what's going on?

bubbles4 · 01/11/2009 09:41

Sorry, not quite with it this morning,it seems that MN is working when using Mozilla Firefox and not when using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, hope this helps.

Polgara2 · 01/11/2009 09:41

willitbe's solutioon doesnt work for me

bubbles4 · 01/11/2009 09:42

JJ,I,m Windows Home Premium.

vanimal · 01/11/2009 09:42

Dammit. I have had to resort to cleaning, and feeding DDs some breakfast this morning, instead of sitting on MN!

Trinity - have your parcels started coming in? Bet your postman is wondering what
in earth is going on?

Quattrofangs · 01/11/2009 09:43

Yes, I can't access any talk pages - except for the five most active - of which this is one.

Shall I have to play with the children then?
