i stopped wearing deoderant. the logic being that there is a link between deoderant and breast cancer. i decided that if deoderant gets into the breast tissue it could get into my milk? anyone else smelly during pregnancy lol?!!!! or have taken other unusual but logical precautions?

Sanex do a fantastic natural deoderant that does actually work (although not as good as normal) and has no aluminium in it. I've been using it since TTC.

I thought that was probably what you meant but just wanted to clarify incase people bought them thinking they were entirely chemical free.

I haven't really given up anything, apart from drink, but then I didn't do much of that before. I even had some pate at the weekend

I went skiing when I was 15 weeks pg with ds, tried to avoid off piste, but did a few blacks and moguls though... Would have done this year now I'm pg with dd, but couldn't afford due to house move

I have also given up reading OPs correctly... didn't realise you meant lifestyle changes that aren't necessarily recommended...
