I just don't feel pg at all, my nausea and symptons seem to have disappeared.......anyone else had this? Should I be thankful that I'm not throwing up or should I be worried?

Glad your scan went well hoops...i had my scan today and it's not good news. The sac was there measuring correct for my dates but the baby inside was only measuring at 6 weeks, so either my dates are wrong..which i know they cant be..or its a failed pregnancy
There was no heartbeat detected and im still bleeding a bit so i have to go back i a week for another scan but the nurse said not to get my hopes up to much..im gutted!!!

Never had any ms or any braxton hicks either. Never felt healthier in either pg.

Second one was bothered by tiredness and heartburn at the beginning but I still loved being pg.

Went into spontaneous labour at term with both babies, who have always been very healthy children so I can safely say that not having ms or bh is not a sign that there's anything wrong.

Have always felt a bit of a fraud though....

Hi hoops, am really glad all was OK today. Hooray!!

I'm going to see my obstetrician (weird Spanish system) for the first time tomorrow...should be 10w4 days...hoping for reassuring scan after terrifying first few weeks including misdiagnosed miscarriage (was even sent for D&C - a week later in the UK they found a heartbeat at 7 weeks!) Cross your fingers for me...

Hoops - so glad your scan went well
Fifisboys - fingers crossed for you and your scan next week
Starkadder - good luck today, cant believe what happened before

starkadder · 27/08/2009 16:44

HI all - I had scan today and wasn't good news for me either. Baby measuring 8 weeks and should be 10; no heartbeat, so they've told me it's all over this time too. Can't believe it is happening again - in the same pregnancy.

Thanks anyway and sorry to have hijacked somewhat.

And Hoops - really - is great news about yours and makes me feel a bit better.

hoops997 · 27/08/2009 17:25

oh starkadder I'm so sorry that I have had good news and 2 others have had bad news, my thoughts are with you....

Sorry to hear about that, Starkadder.

veryworriedme · 29/08/2009 14:49

Oh Starkadder, I am so sorry. How unfair this all seems.

sumatra · 29/08/2009 18:07

hi i felt exactly the same&think you worry when it is your 1st,i felt sick only for a few days&felt fab all the way,i am 21wks now&love being pregnant&enjoying all the little flutters,
we are lucky not having many symptoms

starkadder · 29/08/2009 20:20

Thanks guys. Am back from hospital today after D&C yetserday and feeling OK although a little scared as this is MC number 3 which doesn't seem good. But we DO also have a lovely lovely son, 17 mths, so there can't be that much wrong with us/me (I am telling myself).

Anyway am going to stop hijacking now.

Hoops - thanks and good luck
