I know it is recommended that you don't, but does anyone have more information about why and if small amounts is OK? Before I got pregnant I had some blood tests because I was feeling tired quite lot. The only thing they found was iron sightly on the low side. Now I'm pregnant (only 6 weeks) I'm feeling bloody knackered! I'd prefer to get iron naturally than with a supplement and I'm quite fond of liver. Anyone know what the risks are?
