37 weeks and up every single hour in the night to pee: any ideas?

I must have been up at least 6 times last night and not slept for more than an hour and a half max at one go.

I do go straight back to sleep afterwards, am not lying awake, so should be grateful for that, but is there any way I can avoid this or improve the situation?

I've tried the rocking forward as you pee method to make sure bladder is really empty.

Don't think I've got a UTI: doesn't hurt when I go.

TIA

Has anyone else found that now that the weather is hotter they need to pee less in the night. I think maybe I am using more water to sweat.

I'm 37 weeks and up about 4-5 times to go in the night. Unfortunately my loo is downstairs :-( hope warm weather does help!
