Well it is 11.45 and I have butterflies for you! But I'm SURE it will all be fine, you have the most comprehensive lot of symptoms possible. Think you may have to resign yourself to the fact that while all of us are sitting down to a lovely roast turkey and all the trimmings followed by the queen's speech, YOU will be shouting for an epidural...
