7 weeks pregnant with stomach ache

I found out on thursday i was pregnant the nurse said im 7 weeks im having mild cramps i have seen online that it's normal but today the i have an ache my stomach just feels heavy thats the best way i can describe it. Also im getting a slight pain around my belly button this is my first time and i have no idea what to expect any advise would be appreciated...

I dont know what to think at the moment,
about 3 an bit weeks ago i had precum with my mate in his back garden an i dont know if i am pregnant, i havent had a period an i have lost my appiete for food but i have a bad bellyache, i dont know what the signs are for 3 weeks and i cant wait any longer. I want to be sure if i actually need one before i buy a pregnancy test.
i also got really drunk on saturday and have now started to smoke, i'm scared because i dont want to hurt the 'baby' but i dont know if i am. I have also been diganosed with PCOS and i'm not sure wot to think or do.
Should i wait for another month or take a test now??

I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby and really worried.. I went to the doctors yesterday and That is when I was told I was 7 weeks but I keep having belly ake and it really feels like period pains.. Any advice please? X

Hey Sophiemummy1 - I am 6+3, and today have started to have an ache in my abdomen. Sort of like period pains but not as bad.. am also a bit nervous, though I have read a lot which says it is totally normal (I have not had any bleeding). Am thinking maybe I will get an early scan next week when I am 7 to check everything is ok - am terrified of miscarriage / ectopic pregnancy (though this is my first pregnancy so I have nothing to judge it against).

I am pregnant for the first time. It is my 7th week. I had some bleeding 2 days ago, just equivalent to a table spoon full without any pain and stopped. Nothing with compared to my period bleeding. After that I saw blood only when I used tissue but just like blood stain. Is it something to worry about ? I get occasional mild cramp and now feeling my tummy a bit heavier. Please share your experiences.
