Well I don't feel like that anymore, because I have discovered Vitamin B6 and it's BRILLIANT!

I had very bad morning sickness with DD1, pretty bad with DD2, this time it's not so much the sickness as the grotty tired nausea feeling all the time that stops you being able to eat/do anything.

I've been taking B6 since Wednesday (so 4 days) and already I feel SO much better, I can eat (even if I don't really feel like it, I can make myself) and I don't get the 'I need to eat right now or I'll be sick' crashes in between food.

Also I'm nowhere near as exhausted all the time, I'm not out running marathons but I'm not spending all day lying on the sofa/crawling around the house either.

So if you too are feeling yucky, GET SOME VITAMIN B6!!!!!

Disclaimer: I spoke to my GP before I started taking it - she'd never heard of it but Googled it and agreed it sounded like a good idea. I suggest you do too!

Glad to hear you found something that works for you!! B6 is not widely well known by many gps for morning sickness but it does work well for many women. Sour sweets help many women as well....particularily helpful in labour..something to remember when you are packing your bags....

Considering how good it is I'm surprised more people don't know about it. My GP wanted me to let her know how it went so hopefully she'll recommend it to her other patients.
