I'm a few weeks pregnant now, and have low levels of nausea all day, usually peakign around dinner time. I went to the chemist, and they wont give me anything without a prescription, and I'm not due to see the Dr till next week.. I have ginger biscuits, and eat toast etc when feeling bad, but what else should I do/eat to stop feeling so dire?

Ginger beer did it for me. That 1and a packet of digestive biscuits on my desk. It's a shock living with constant nausea, isn't it? Congratulations on the pregnancy!

Just a quick addition. CARBS and more carbs. Found out the reason I was well in the morning and so low later on was that I was fresh out of carbs. So toast and cereal for breakfast, Jacket potatoes for lunch, rice/noodles for dinner and I feel great. Off for some toast and nutella for my night time snack
