Feeling miserable

I thought I had got over the worst of ms (I'm 10+3) but no, only managed a few spoonfuls of rice for lunch today, then stupidly decided to get dd out of the house and caught a bus into town. I was alright for about an hour wandering around, but then got terrible nausea and dizziness (my entire body tingles, like when you sleep on an arm, only my entire body, if that makes sense) and backache. Also having hot sweats. I made it to a cafe then had to get DP to meet me there as I wasn't confident about getting myself and dd home in one piece. When I got home I went straight to bed, and managed a cup of tea with sugar. I keep thinking I'm going to throw up but managing to stop myself. I also keep going to the loo as having stomach ache as if I need a poo (sorry TMI) but not managing anything when I go (it's been about three days since I've pooed) Went to the GPs last week to get registered with a midwife and he said my wee was a bit concentrated, so thinking maybe I could be dehydrated? Trying my best to be constatly sipping water, but its not easy as I keep gagging ANy tips for feeling better? I'm being rubbish for dd and dp has work tomorrow so nervous about how I will cope.

A few things that might help:

*vitamin B6
*motion sickness bands
*peppermint sweets
*sour sweets
fresh air....just sitting outside
ginger accupuncture
small bites of dry toast, or something similar if possible

If need be, there are some meds that may be used as well that your gp or mw may suggest.

What did your GP say when you said you were gagging on water? It could be hyperemesis although I hope not

You are at the worst stage though, and there's still a good chance in a few weeks things will get better. The most important thing is to try to keep your fluids up.
