I want to say a huge thank you to all the mners that have supported me to this point. In my dark times of thinking that dh would never come round to the idea you helped me through so much.

I'm six weeks preg, and the wait to 12 weeks feels like an eternity, maybe cause I've waited so long to be pregnant.

I should be overthemoon (and was as a pseudonym recently!) if I could just feel that this was going to all be ok.

I've no reason to think not, I've not miscarried to my knowledge before. I'm just totally aware of what could go wrong at the moment...

Keep googling incidence of miscarriage and blighted ovums and ectopic pregnancy. Need to stop.

cariboo · 28/03/2009 15:40

Yeah, she's helped me through some bad times. I used to think her idea of being positive was just an invitation for fate to step in & crush hopes & dreams, but it doesn't work like that at all.

Soph - do you know Margaret Hill?
She-is North London but was my home birth midwife to 2 out of 4 of my births, She may be independent now as everything was changing and hse was not happy with it,

She may well know some fabululous women though

gibbberish · 29/03/2009 19:40
