Pain - tilted uterus and erosion of cervis

I have had constant back and abdo pain for the whole of my pregnancy (14 weeks)
Finally after insisting - further checks were done and its been discovered I have a tilted uterus and an erosion of the cervix which might explain the slight bleeding I have had throughout.

I still have pain - I have severe pain as if I have a UTI docs have said no UTI after testing my urine! Its like I need to pee and have pain and burning. I am constipated too. Has anyone else experienced this. I am still worried I may miscarry and unfortuntely havent enjoyed a minute of my pregnancy yet!! Prayign pain goes away for at least xmas day
Thanks

Hi, I have had quite bad pain throughout, am now 24 weeks - possibly not what you want to hear, but you might be unlucky, if so speak to your doctor about what pain relief you can have - just because you are pregnant doesn't mean that you have to suffer! Also a referral to a physio might help for certain types of pain, or at least give you strategies to help.
I think a tilted uterus is quite common, mine is and no-one has mentioned it as a problem. I also have had cervix issues, and have had internal scans every week so I really do sympathise with you as I know how uncomfortable it is.
On the positive side none of the doctors I've seen have said that constant pain is a sign of miscarriage - sudden pain is more of a concern - if that makes sense? I've spent lots of time on the sofa or in the bath

oh, meant to say that digestive problems - constipation, bloating, wind etc are common during pregnancy and are just a sign that your pregnancy hormones are kicking in and slowing down your digestive system to get the most out of what you eat for your baby - longer digestive passage = more nutrients apparently. Try to eat lots of fruit & veg, or try something gently like prune juice if you are really uncomfortable.

Slight bleeding is likely to be due to cervical erosion. However, ALWAYS see your GP/midwife if concerned. I think I would see your midwife/GP about the pain and burning when urinating. It sounds like you may have thrush which is an extremely common symptom of pregnancy. Please don't self treat however, see your midwife/GP.

The pelvic tilt you describe is a retroverted uterus. Back pain is common in early pregnancy because of this. However, this tends to ease off as the pregnancy progresses as the increased weight of the uterus (and baby!) causes it to tip forwards as in an anteverted uterus.

phoned doc and he suggested I use a canesten pessary to eliminate the possibitlity of thrush!! And to hand in another urine sample!!
Any suggestions on how to get my bowel moving? I have been on Fybrogel, prunes and loads of fruit and veg. I am sometimes doubled up with pain and I know its just because I need the loo!!
